Beside You is our support program to guide the Tandem t:slim X2 pump first-time users. Through an online journey, a certified nurse will guide the person step by step through all the major phases of therapy management (data download, set change, and sensor change). A service designed to support those who use our devices for the first time and lead them towards autonomy in the daily management of the device.

Technical Support is always available
We provide an online technical support service (on the Movi e-Lab portal) and a 24/7 toll-free number with a team of experts ready to support those who use our devices at any time. We know how important it is to ensure the peace of mind of always having highly qualified support available, one that offers valuable service and a targeted response to every question, quickly and efficiently.

Patient Support Program
We offer an advanced technical support service with highly qualified staff that constantly supports our device users, guiding them in achieving optimal use of their device to improve clinical outcomes and quality of life. It’s a personalized assistance based on the person’s real needs, for greater awareness of device management and involvement in one’s therapeutic journey.

Movi e-Lab
Movi e-Lab is an online platform with useful content and support tools designed to be at the side of our device users and healthcare professionals.
For users, there are training courses, content, and useful services for the daily management of diabetes, including the dietitian desk, legal advice, an always-available online technical assistance and the Holiday Program, to have a free Tandem t:slim X2 pump and a spare Dexcom transmitter on the go.
For healthcare professionals, there is a dedicated area with online courses, product materials, and clinical studies.
